Sunshine Townhomes Community Association, Inc. was formed to oversee and manage the business affairs of the common elements and certain limited common elements for the Sunshine Townhomes Community. The Association, in conjunction with its Bylaws and Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’S) is responsible for setting the community design standards, creating annual operating budgets, managing cash reserves, and overseeing the ongoing maintenance of the community, including the exteriors of all townhomes. These guidelines and related rules and regulations are applicable to any party that executes a Reservation Agreement.
